Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Courier Partners: Orders within India are shipped through DTDC and Franch Express.

Delivery Timelines:

• Made-to-order products: 20–25 working days for production.
• Express delivery: 5–8 working days (where available).

Tracking: Once dispatched, your tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp to help you monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs:

Standard Delivery:

• Within Tamil Nadu: ₹100 per kg
• Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹200 per kg

Express Delivery:

• Within Tamil Nadu: ₹550 per kg
• Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹650 per kg
• An additional charge of ₹650 applies for express services.

Self-Pickup Option: Customers opting for pickup through Dunzo or Porter will bear the shipping charges directly.

Reimbursement: For website orders, shipping costs may be reimbursed under certain conditions. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

International Shipping:

Courier Partners: International deliveries are handled by DHL, Aramex, and UPS.

Processing & Delivery Timeline:

• Processing: 20 working days
