Refunds are not applicable for cancellations, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preferences. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us on the same day or the following day of delivery. A clear unboxing video showing the parcel opening and the issue with the product is mandatory to initiate a review. Without this proof, requests will not be considered.

If the defect is verified by our team, we will provide a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
